Finance Assistant

World Relief Indonesia is a humanitarian organization from USA working with local partners to serve the most vulnerable.
We are inviting interested persons to submit applications for the following positions:

FINANCE ASSISTANT (3 months contract-Jakarta Base)
GENERAL FUNCTION:
To provide finance and accounting support to the World Relief programs in accordance with World Relief's Policies and Procedures, maintain accounting records and the general ledger and provide reports.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
Cash and Banking

1. Responsible for the office petty cash float.

2. Issue petty cash and cash advances to staff and to project sites as required, ensuring that records are well maintained.

3. Receive cash into Field Office bank and/or petty cash ensuring that records are well maintained.

4. Maintain the cash book and reconcile daily and weekly.

5. Assist the Finance Officer with forecasting cash requirements and monitor changes.

6. Receive and record monies paid in by staff or others, issue receipts as appropriate.

7. Maintain safe custody of cash at all times.

Disbursements
1. Ensure all expenditures are approved in accordance with World Relief policies and procedures and Logistics operating procedures.

2. Check invoices for authorization, correct account and project coding, and process payments for utilities and suppliers.

3. Prepare requests for wire transfers or to pay suppliers.

4. Check and reimburse employee expenses in accordance with World Relief's policies and procedures.

5. Disburse salaries to local staff in accordance with World Relief's HR policies and procedures.



General Ledger
1. Enter all receipts and expenditure to the general ledger in Quick Books accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Make sure that costs, expenses and any recoveries are allocated to the right cost locations, revenue and/ or project codes.

3. Reconcile employee advances and other scheduled accounts at least monthly

4. Provide General Ledger files to the Finance Officer at month end in accordance with finance reporting calendar.

Reporting

1. To provide monthly cash summary, general ledger reports in accordance with WR financial reporting timeframes.

2. Assist the Finance Officer to create, configure, and maintain field accounting systems, forms, and software, including the development, testing and fine tuning of the automated interface system for capturing data into the financial reporting system in use.

3. Assist the Finance Officer provide quarterly project specific financial reports for donors and the monthly reports to HQ, including ensuring that the reporting module in the financial reporting system in use is configured to generate the required reports.

4. Work closely with the Finance Officer to ensure that systems and
reports are compliant, including the timely and accurate generation of ad hoc reports that HQ Finance, donors and management may require from time.
5. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Finance Officer.



Qualification

· 3 year Diploma in Accounting up to Bachelor Degree
· Minimum of 1 years book keeping or accounting experience
· Ability to work with numbers
· Demonstrate ability to manage cash
· High level computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
· Knowledge in using QuickBooks or other PC based Accounting packages
· Good organizing skills and ability to meet deadline
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision
· A team player with good interpersonal skills
· Able to handle and guard confidential information sensitively and discretely
· Demonstrated ability to work cross culturally
· Ability to speak and write in English is an advantage.

2. Kualifikasi Pendidikan
Kualifikasi pendidikan pelamar yang dibutuhkan sebagaimana tersebut diatas
adalah berijazah Diploma III (D3), Sarjana (S1), dan Kedokteran/Apoteker/Psikologi
(profesi), dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
a. Salinan/foto copy ijazah terakhir yang disahkan/dilegalisasi oleh

tentang Pedoman Pengawasan Pengendalian dan Pembinaan Program
Diploma, Sarjana dan Pasca Sarjana di Perguruan Tinggi, yang belum
mendapatkan ijin penyelenggaraan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional
harus mencantumkan Surat Keterangan/Pernyataan dari Pimpinan Perguruan
Tinggi yang menyatakan bahwa fakultas/jurusan yang bersangkutan telah
mendapat ijin penyelenggaraan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional
c. Lulusan Pendidikan dari luar negeri harus dilengkapi dengan surat
penetapan pengesahan /penyetaraan dari Menteri Pendidikan Nasional.
d. IPK Minimum 2,5.

7. Pengumuman Hasil Seleksi.
a. Pengumuman lulus/tidak lulus seleksi administrasi, kesehatan,
kesamaptaan, dan wawancara dilaksanakan oleh panitia unit masing-masing
b. Seleksi test tertulis dilaksanakan bagi peserta yang telah lulus seleksi
sebelumnya (sistem gugur)
c. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus test tertulis selanjutnya akan ditetapkan
oleh Panitia Penentu Akhir sesuai alokasi formasi dan kualifikasi pendidikan
yang dibutuhkan
d. Keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

II. PENUGASAN

Dalam rangka pengisian formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil tahun 2009 yang lowong, Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia memberi kesempatan bagi putra-putri terbaik bangsa untuk menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil melalui seleksi penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Golongan II dan Golongan III Tahun Anggaran 2009 dengan kualifikasi pendidikan sebagai berikut :

* Persyaratan Pendaftaran

Persyaratan Umum

* Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, setia dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945.
* Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian. (2)
* Memiliki Kartu Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja.
* Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit organisasi Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,-.
* Berkeadaan sehat, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani yang dibuat oleh Dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
* Tidak mengkonsumsi/menggunakan narkotika, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Tidak Mengkonsumsi/Menggunakan Narkotika, Psikotropika, Prekursor dan zat adiktif lainnya dari unit pelayanan kesehatan pemerintah.
* Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Anggota TNI/POLRI maupun pegawai swasta yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,-.
* Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian atau kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,-. Persyaratan Khusus

* Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal
o Sarjana: lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri: 2,75, lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (terakreditasi): 3,25
o Diploma III: 2,75
* Usia
o Minimal pada tanggal 1 September 2009 telah berusia 18 tahun untuk semua tingkat pendidikan (yang lahir sebelum 1991)
o Maksimal pada tanggal 1 September 2009
o Sarjana: 28 tahun (yang lahir setelah 1 September 1981)
o Diploma III: 25 tahun (yang lahir setelah 1 September 1984)
o Diploma I: 35 tahun (yang lahir setelah 1 September 1974)

Pendaftaran

* Pendaftaran secara online dibuka mulai hari Senin tanggal 14 September 2009 sampai dengan hari Senin tanggal 5 Oktober 2009.
* Pendaftaran dilakukan melalui website Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. linknya terlampir dibawah pengumuman ini
* Bagi Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran dan oleh sistem dinyatakan memenuhi syarat akan diberikan nomor berkas yang harus dicetak. Berkas tersebut untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan bersama persyaratan lain yang ditentukan.
* Kelengkapan berkas dapat dikirimkan mulai tanggal 14 September 2009 dan paling lambat diterima Panitia tanggal 5 Oktober 2009 pukul 16.00 WIB.
* Kelengkapan berkas dikirim melalui Pos atau Jasa Pengiriman yang dialamatkan kepada:

* Berkas yang harus dilengkapi meliputi
o Surat lamaran yang ditandatangani di atas materei Rp 6.000,- yang ditujukan kepada Panitia Penyaringan CPNS sebagaimana tersebut di atas.
o Hasil cetak Nomor Berkas yang diperoleh pada saat pendaftaran secara online dan ditandatangani.
o Pas foto terbaru ukuran 3x4 cm (hitam putih) sebanyak 2 lembar (cantumkan nama di belakang foto).
o Foto kopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku.
o Foto kopi ijazah berikut transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh:
+ Universitas/Institut: Rektor/Dekan/Pembantu Dekan I Bidang Akademik
+ Sekolah Tinggi: Ketua/Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik

o (urutan ini berlaku untuk penyusunan berkas pada map lamaran)
* Surat lamaran beserta berkas lampirannya disusun rapi sesuai urutan dalam map dan dimasukkan dalam amplop coklat dengan dituliskan kata ”LAMARAN” pada pojok kanan atas, dengan warna map sebagai berikut :
o Warna Merah untuk Diploma I (D I)
o Warna Kuning untuk Diploma III (D III)
o Warna Hijau untuk Sarjana (S1)
* Alamat tempat tinggal tetap (alamat surat) agar ditulis jelas dan lengkap pada bagian belakang amplop karena akan dijadikan dasar pertimbangan Panitia dalam menetapkan tempat ujian/seleksi peserta dan kepentingan surat menyurat untuk proses seleksi selanjutnya.
* Panitia tidak menerima serta tidak akan memproses lamaran yang diantar langsung ke Kantor Pusat Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I.
* Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap atau tidak disertai nomor berkas lamaran dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat.
* Bagi pelamar yang pada saat seleksi terakhir/pemberkasan diketahui telah memberikan/mengisi data yang tidak benar pada saat mendaftar, Panitia berhak membatalkan keikutsertaannya dalam seleksi penerimaan CPNS Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I., dan kepada yang bersangkutan dapat dituntut di muka pengadilan.
* Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.

Pengumuman Hasil Seleksi Administrasi

* Hanya pelamar yang memenuhi syarat administrasi yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tertulis.
* Nama calon peserta ujian yang memenuhi syarat administrasi dan lokasi ujian akan diumumkan kemudian melalui website Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. dan Papan Pengumuman pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi serta Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I., Jl. Sisingamangaraja No. 2 Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
* Pengumuman melalui website dan Papan Pengumuman dapat dianggap sebagai surat panggilan ujian.
* Tanda peserta ujian tertulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta di tempat ujian dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas diri, waktu dan tempat ditentukan kemudian.

* Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I. atau Panitia, sehingga peserta diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai CPNS Badan Pertanahan Nasional R.I.

PENGADAAN CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL
BADAN PENGAWAS OBAT DAN MAKANAN RI TAHUN 2009

Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor 276 Tahun 2009 tanggal 9 September 2009 tentang Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Tahun Anggaran 2009, diumumkan sebagai berikut :

1. Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan RI membuka pendaftaran Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil untuk mengisi lowongan formasi Badan POM RI Tahun 2009 untuk ditempatkan pada Badan POM RI Pusat dan Balai Besar/Balai POM di seluruh Indonesia.

2. Persyaratan pelamar meliputi :

1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia

2. Usia per tanggal 1 Desember 2009 :

* Pendidikan D3 paling tinggi 24 tahun.
* Pendidikan S1 paling tinggi 26 tahun.
* Pendidikan Profesi paling tinggi 28 tahun.

3. Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari persyaratan diatas dan paling tinggi 35 tahun pada saat TMT (terhitung mulai tanggal) 1 Desember 2009 dipersyaratkan memiliki pengalaman kerja terakhir sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) tahun mengabdi pada satu instansi atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional, terutama berkaitan dengan fungsi Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (Standardisasi, penilaian, inspeksi, pengujian, penyidikan) atau administrasi pemerintahan. Pada saat pendaftaran harus menyerahkan bukti berupa Fotocopy Surat Keputusan Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian/Surat Pernyataan masih bekerja dari pimpinan Instansi/Perusahaan dengan menunjukkan aslinya.

3. Pendaftaran dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu dan Kamis tanggal 30 September dan 1 Oktober 2009 dengan pengambilan nomor antrian mulai pukul 09.00 s/d 14.00 waktu setempat (tidak ada perpanjangan waktu).

4. Ujian tulis dilaksanakan serentak di Badan POM RI, Balai Besar POM dan Balai POM di seluruh Indonesia pada hari Sabtu tanggal 10 Oktober 2009 mulai pukul 08.00 WIB sampai selesai.

2. Persyaratan meliputi :
a. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia berusia paling rendah 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan paling tinggi 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada 1 Desember 2009;
b. Tingkat pendidikan :
1). Sarjana (S1)
– Perguruan Tinggi Negeri IPK minimal 2,65
– Perguruan Tinggi Swasta IPK minimal 2,65 dengan akreditasi minimal ‘B’
2). Diploma Tiga (D3)

e. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;

3. Ketentuan Pendaftaran :
a. Penerimaan surat lamaran :
1. Pengumuman penerimaan CPNS Depnakertrans mulai tanggal 15 s.d. 28 September 2009 melalui situs internet Depnakertrans di www.depnakertrans.go.id dan surat kabar nasional;
2. Penerimaan berkas lamaran melalui pos tercatat mulai tanggal 15 s.d. 28 September 2009 (cap pos) dan sudah diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 5 Oktober 2009;
3. Panitia tidak menerima surat lamaran yang diantar langsung;
4. Surat lamaran harus ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar dengan menggunakan tinta hitam, ditujukan kepada Ketua Tim Pengadaan PNS Depnakertrans Tahun Anggaran 2009;
5. Pelamar memilih lokasi ujian sesuai dengan pendidikan yang dimiliki dan apabila peserta lulus seleksi Panitia berhak menempatkan CPNS sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi;
6. Surat lamaran, daftar kelengkapan berkas dan formulir pendaftaran beserta lampiran disusun rapi sesuai urutan form 1 dalam map kertas jepit berlubang (snelhecter) dengan warna :
1). MERAH untuk Sarjana (S1);
2). KUNING untuk Diploma Tiga (D3).

1. Daftar kelengkapan berkas (form 1) dan Formulir pendaftaran (form 2). Contoh formulir berformat file pdf dapat didownload melalui situs internet Depnakertrans;
2. Pas photo terakhir ukuran 4 x 6 cm sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar dan ditulis nama pelamar di bagian belakang photo;
3. Foto copy ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh Rektor/Dekan/Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik bagi Universitas/Institut, atau Ketua/Pembantu Ketua Bidang Akademik bagi
Sekolah Tinggi, dengan menyebutkan pejabatnya (cap basah). Surat Keterangan Lulus tidak berlaku.
4. Foto copy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku;
5. Foto copy Kartu tanda pencari kerja (Kartu Kuning/AK.1) dari Dinas yang menangani bidang Ketenagakerjaan yang masih berlaku dan dilegalisir;
6. Asli Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian yang masih berlaku;
7. Amplop surat sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar yang masing-masing ditulisi nama pelamar, alamat pelamar dan ditempel perangko secukupnya.

4. Pelaksanaan seleksi :
a. Seleksi administratif (point 2 dan 3) dilakukan dengan sistem gugur.
b. Pelaksanaan tes tertulis dilaksanakan di 6 (enam) wilayah, yaitu : Pusat (Jakarta), Medan, Makassar, Samarinda, Ternate, dan Sorong.
c. Peserta yang berhak mengikuti seleksi akan diberitahukan kemudian melalui surat tertulis dan situs internet Depnakertrans meliputi nomor tanda peserta ujian, waktu dan lokasi seleksi.

5. Lain-lain :
a. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan surat yang dikirim ke alamat pelamar.
b. Petunjuk pengisian Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) dapat dilihat pada lampiran pengumuman ini.
c. Keputusan Tim Pengadaan PNS Depnakertrans Tahun Anggaran 2009 bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
d. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan seleksi CPNS Depnakertrans tahun 2009 hanya dapat dilihat dalam situs internet Depnakertrans www.depnakertrans.go.id. Diharapkan para pelamar untuk terus
memantaunya.
e. Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) harus dicetak dengan kualitas printer Laser dan menggunakan kertas A4 80 gram.
f. Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) tidak diperkenankan di foto copy.
g. Saat mencetak Formulir Pendaftaran (form 2) agar memperhatikan kelurusan kertas dan mengatur setting menu Print pada program apilkasi Adobe Acrobat Reader, sebagai berikut :

I. Marketing & Sales Representative
- Male / Female, Maximum 30 Years Old
- Min. D3 degree from reputable University with GPA : 2,7
- Preferably having experience in same position for 1-2 years, especially in IT products
- Ready to Work under preasure
- Able to take initiative and working independently
- Good communication skill
- Good team player
- Computer literate, such as MS Office
- Fluent communicate in English
- Willing to travel

II. IT Engineer
- Diploma/Degree in IT Discipline, Computer Science/Engineering, Informatic so related disciplines
- At least 1 years working experience in System and Network administration.
- Caching server administration & troubleshooting
- Windows 2003 server
- Windows desktop XP and Vista
- Cisco router administration & troubleshooting
- Mikrotik administration & troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of network devices, security, Firewalls, VPN and Wireless technology.
- Initiator, Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Having good knowledge in TCP/IP protocols and basic networking.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

III. Accounting & Finance Staff
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Female, Ages maxium 27 Years Old
- Minimum of 1 year working experiences
- Have a good knowledge in Accounting Software Application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to arrange for Balance sheet also Profit and Lost
- Able to arrange report for Banking
- Understanding in record Banking transaction
- Able to handling Finance administration
- Able to arrange Tax report
- Abel to arrange for Finance report
- Able to work in A Team
- Able to have good communication
- Abel to operate computer such as ; Ms Office with good
