The Job:

* To support the annual operating plans and long term strategy for Grace Davison MPT (Materials & Packaging Technologies), the Incumbent will need to:
* Pursue sales growth for MPT products within the assigned customers
* Understand customer s needs to the level necessary to generate sales value
* Provide a high level of technical service and customer support excellence through:
o Participation in customers product trial and evaluation activities
o Building and cultivation of meaningful relationships with the customers
* Develop outstanding troubleshooting skills and the ability to recommended appropriate solution that will facilitate the use of MPT s products
* Prepare monthly reports on the results and activities of the assigned customers
* Provide insights/knowledge on market conditions and understand the competitive influences affecting the business.
* Perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Material and Polymer Science or related technical discipline
* Possess experience in hands-on product application end troubleshooting activity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong networking and influencing ability
* Bea solid team player with well developed cross-cultural skills
* Possess a positive attitude to the achievement of business objectives and be self confident
* Have a good command of written and spoken English
