General Manager Vacancy Shell Lubricants Distributor

We are PT Olindo Jaya Sakti an authorized distributor of Shell Lubricants has been embraking on a major business initiative to create a high performance service company and invite competent candidate to take challenge as General Manager
Major Responsibilities
-Reports directly to Director
-Managing all operation of company and ensure that company goals are achieved in terms of safety, productivity ,quality and cost.
-Provide leadership for all operations employees to ensure that appropriate direction is established with respect t the job expectation
-Committed to deliver excellent client satisfaction
-Create excellent working culture within the team in facing challenging circumstances.
Requirements
-Min 10 years f working experience with 5 years on managerial position.
-Extensive knowledge and experience on Supply Chain Operation.
-Possess change management skills including resource planning, project/execution
-Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential
-To be based in Banjarmasin (South Kalimatan) or Balikapapan (East Kalimatan)
-Availability to travel extensively within the area and abroad.
-Male, max 45 years old
